His Majesty King Abdullah II left Amman for Moscow on Tuesday on a brief visit to the Russian Federation for talks with Russian President Vladimir Butin on bilateral relations and regional and international issues of common interest foremost of which is the Middle East peace process and efforts to bring it back into right track.

King Abdullah was seen off by HRH Prince Faisal Bin Al Hussein and senior officials . Prince Faisal was sworn in as regent during theKing؟s absence .

King Abdullah is accompanied on the visit by Royal Court Chief, Foreign Minister and Director of the General Intelligence Department/ Rapporteur of the State Security Council.
