His Majesty King Abdullah II Monday left to Egypt for a short visit during which he is expected to discuss with Egyptian President Muhammad Husni Mubarak the situations in the region following the events of violence on the Palestinian and Israeli arenas.

The King is accompanied by the Prime Minister, Chief of the Hashemite Royal Court, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director of Public Intelligence, Reporter of State Security.
