Palestinian Minister of Health expresses appreciation on King`s efforts

Palestinian Minister of Health Riyadh Zanoun expressed appreciation of His Majesty King Abdullah II`s consistent efforts to serve the Palestinian people who are facing a tragedy due to the Israeli invasion of the Palestinian territories.

In a phone call on Monday, Mr. Zanoun told Petra that along the past four days 41 communes full of aid entered the Palestinian territories. The aid included pharmaceuticals and food stuffs among other materials, he added.

`We have been informed that His Majesty gave instructions to send three field hospitals, one of which, to be established in Jenin area, will include 60 cadres ( 12 doctors, 25 nurses , while the rest are technicians and administrative staff؟ he said. The other two hospitals are to be established in Nablus and Hebron, in addition to the hospital established in Ramallah since October 2000, he clarified.
