King Receives Credentials of a Number of Ambassadors

Seven newly appointed ambassadors on Sunday presented their credentials to His Majesty King Abdullah II at a ceremony held at the Raghadan Palace.

They are the ambassadors of Sudan, Mohammad Mahmoud Abu Sen, the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Ahmed Ben Khalifa Ben Jido, the European Commission, Robert Paul Van Der Meulen, the Czech Republic, Tomas Lane, the Republic of Korea, Kyung Keun Kim, the Resident Coordinator of the UN in Jordan, Christine McNab and the Republic of France, Jean Michel Casa.

His Majesty met with the ambassadors and reviewed with them relations between Jordan and their countries as well as ways of promoting them in the various fields.

The ceremony was attended by Chief of the Royal Court Fayez Tarawneh and Foreign Minister Marwan Muasher.
