His Majesty King Abdullah II on Wednesday visited the Public Security Department (PSD) where he met PSD Director Lt General Tahsin Shurdum who assured the King on the health of PSD members who were injured during an exchange of fire shooting with an outlaw last week.



During the visit, King Abdullah was briefed by Shurdum on the incident which claimed the lives of three policemen, and on the procedures which were taken by the Department to enforce the law transparently on all citizens. He stressed that peace and stability are basic pillars for the development of the country.
