His Majesty King Abdullah said it was important that all Iraqis participate in their country's political process.



King Abdullah told Speaker of the Iraqi National Assembly Hajem Hassani at a meeting in Amman that Iraqis should take part in rebuilding their country and work for a safe future.



The King reiterated Jordan's support for efforts by the Iraqi government to maintain Iraq's unity and resume its vital role in the Arab world.



Jordan was keen to enhance strong bilateral ties with Iraq in all fields, the King said.
