His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday met with Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, who is also the Russian president's special envoy for the Middle East and Africa, to discuss the latest regional developments and ways to boost cooperation.

Discussions reviewed current developments in the region, especially the peace process, regional and international efforts in the war on terror, and developments in Syria.
