His Majesty King Abdullah on Tuesday discussed the latest developments in the region with Arab Parliament Speaker Meshal Sulami.

King Abdullah and Sulami stressed Arab unity and the importance of institutionalised joint Arab action to counter the challenges facing Arab countries.

His Majesty also emphasised the key role of the Arab Parliament in promoting coordination among the region’s parliaments to achieve common interests and serve just Arab causes.

Royal Hashemite Court Chief Fayez Tarawneh and Lower House Speaker Atef Tarawneh attended the meeting.
