His Majesty King Abdullah on Sunday sent a cable to UN Secretary General António Guterres, expressing condolences over the passing away of former UN secretary general Kofi Annan.

In the cable, King Abdullah paid tribute to Annan’s efforts to promote human rights, and to work towards global peace and security.
