His Majesty King Abdullah met on Tuesday with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who is also deputy prime minister and minister of defence, on the sidelines of the Future Investment Initiative 2018 conference in Riyadh.

Discussions at the meeting highlighted the strong, brotherly relations between Jordan and Saudi Arabia, and keenness to expand cooperation in all fields, in the service of mutual interests.

The meeting also addressed regional developments.

King Abdullah and Crown Prince Mohammed attended part of a session titled “Immersive Future” at the Future Investment Initiative conference.

The conference, which opened in Riyadh on Tuesday, examines investment trends in the global economy by exploring opportunities, challenges, and future trends. It also addresses ways for investment to contribute to global prosperity and sustainable development.

His Majesty and Crown Prince Mohammed also toured an exhibition held as part of the Future Investment Initiative 2018 conference.
