King, Spanish monarch discuss bolstering cooperation to counter COVID-19

His Majesty King Abdullah, in a phone call on Thursday with King Filipe VI of Spain, discussed bolstering bilateral and international cooperation to counter coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
 
Discussions covered the importance of maintaining efforts to address the humanitarian and economic ramifications of COVID-19, and safeguard the health of peoples, as well as the two countries’ keenness to exchange expertise and assistance to limit the spread of the virus.
 
The phone call also addressed the deep-rooted ties of friendship between Jordan and Spain, and means to advance cooperation across all sectors.
