His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday received a phone call from Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades, which covered the ties of friendship between the two countries, and means to bolster cooperation and joint efforts to counter COVID-19.

King Abdullah noted the shared interests between the two countries that would enable them to advance their relations further.

For his part, President Anastasiades extended best wishes to His Majesty on the occasion of the Jordanian state’s centennial.
