Sharm Al-Sheikh, 01/03/2003, (Communication & Information Division - Royal Hashemite Court) - His Majesty King Abdullah II Saturday received Iraqi Vice President Izzat Ibrahim, head of the Iraqi delegation to the summit, and delegation members Taha Yassin Ramadhan and Foreign Minister Naji Sabri.

The King received also Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani of Qatar and Foreign Minister Hamad Bin Jasem. The discussions focused on the summit's topics and means to reach unified Arab stand concerning the Iraqi issue to reach a peaceful solution and make Iraq and the region avoid war.
