His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday accepted the credentials of a number of new ambassadors to Jordan during a ceremony at Basman Palace.

King Abdullah accepted the credentials of ambassadors Vincent O'Neill of Ireland, Omar Vielma Osuna of Venezuela, and Gleb Desyatnikov of Russia.

His Majesty also accepted the credentials of non-resident ambassadors Tarja Orvokki Fernández of Finland, Merete Juhl of Denmark, Wendy Hinton of New Zealand, Ivonne Baki of Ecuador, and Luis Raúl Estévez López of Guatemala.

Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi attended the ceremony.
