His Majesty King Abdullah II met on Tuesday with at the Royal Court with the delegation of the American Council of Young Political Leaders, who is currently visiting Jordan within the exchanged visits program between the Council and the Jordanian Young Leaderships.



The King briefed the delegation on the current developments in the region and his vision to establish permanent and just peace.



During the meeting which was attended by Minister of the Royal Court, the King noted his diligent efforts to give the youth sector a vital role in building Jordan's future and to address youth issues with the aim of fulfilling hopes and aspirations of the youth.



The council was established in 1966 with a view to enable young people gain more experience and knowledge about political and cultural affairs in world countries.
