His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday received a phone call from Bahrain King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and discussed cooperation and coordination to counter and contain coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
 
Discussions covered the need to step up efforts to combat COVID-19, and protect the health and safety of peoples.
 
King Abdullah and King Hamad also exchanged best wishes on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
 
The two leaders emphasised the deep brotherly ties between the two countries, and keenness to expand cooperation across various sectors.
