His Majesty King Abdullah on Saturday received a phone call from Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and discussed efforts to move the peace process forward, in line with the two sides’ ongoing coordination and consultations.

King Abdullah was also briefed on the outcomes of Abbas’ meeting with the US administration’s delegation on the peace process, which has recently wrapped up a diplomatic tour of the Middle East.
