His Majesty King Abdullah II received on Wednesday a telephone call from the US President George Bush during which they reviewed scopes of cooperation and relations between Jordan and the United States.

The two sides also discussed the situation in the Palestinian lands and efforts being exerted to ease tension and resume peace talks in accordance with the road map.

President Bush expressed commitment of the US to the road map as well as his support to efforts being exerted to reinvigorate the peace process.
