King receives Kuwait’s deputy PM

His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday received Kuwait’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Anas Al Saleh at Al Husseiniya Palace.

Deputy Prime Minister Saleh conveyed to King Abdullah the greetings of Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, and his affirmation that Kuwait stands with Jordan in the face of all circumstances, and is ready to support the Kingdom.

Saleh stressed his country’s support for Jordan’s economy, noting that Kuwait is considering bringing more investments to the Kingdom and providing soft loans for projects to stimulate economic growth.

His Majesty expressed Jordan’s appreciation of Kuwait’s support, noting the strong, brotherly ties between the two countries and keenness to advance them in service of mutual interests.

The King asked the deputy prime minister and minister of state for Cabinet affairs to convey His Majesty’s greetings and best wishes to the Kuwaiti emir.

Royal Hashemite Court Chief Fayez Tarawneh, Adviser to His Majesty and Director of the Office of His Majesty Manar Dabbas, Adviser to His Majesty for Economic Affairs Mohamad Al Ississ, and Kuwait’s Ambassador to Jordan Hamad Al Duaij attended the meeting.
